New to Me

Shopping today in Florida.
When cold weather comes, I always feel like I never own enough jeans. I found this Sweetheart distressed pair of skinnies from Old Navy.

I don't own a lot of bright colored clothes, so I was excited to find this layered Columbia top in this beautiful salmon color.

This is just a zip up hoodie from Victoria's Secret, but I love the girly touch of wings and bedazzles.

I had the privilege of finding this lightweight Lacoste scarf as well today. The embroider is just perfect.

Merry Christmas to all...

It's Christmas, and my Christmas is not complete without watching A Christmas Story at least once during its 24 hour run.

I paid homage to A Christmas Story with my shirt today. I don't own an ugly Christmas sweater, but I proudly don this shirt every Christmas.

Thought I'd show off some of my favorite gifts I received today. I love most of Juicy Couture's perfume and was blessed with this new set today.

If you haven't guessed yet, I really do have a love affair with Old Navy. I got cozy socks and thermals. It's funny the things you're happy to receive as an adult that kid you wouldn't have been interested in.

I own leg warmers and boot socks, but I didn't own any boot cuffs until I received these bluish-grey ones by XOXO.

Christmas is the most popular time to support good causes, and I'm happy to have this beautiful Avon bracelet that supports the Breast Cancer Crusade.

Last Minute

Being a last minute shopper today. I really only had to get one gift today, but that turned into buying more. But I think I'm officially able to stop and say I am done.

All the presents are wrapped and under my tree. Doesn't seem like a lot, but I only had to buy for 5 people.

Shopping Day!

Confession:: I do a lot of on-line shopping and the main reason for that is that there are no really good stores in my area to shop at. But every year my sisters and I make it a habit to travel about an hour away for our annual girls Christmas shopping trip.

I found this great Where's Waldo set at Target. It would make a perfect outfit for Halloween or conventions.

I'm currently loving the Simply Southern collection these days, so I had to purchase this t-shirt and koozie today.

New items and a New Skill

Got a package in from Old Navy today. This is probably the store that the majority of my closet is from. Old Navy gave me my first job and it was an amazing company to work for, which made my appreciation of their products go up even higher. Everything is well made and so beautiful.

PS:: I learned how to sew yesterday! I used to be a train wreck at sewing when I was younger, but I sat down with my mom yesterday and was determined to learn. It was surprisingly addictive and I found myself trying to mend everything that needed it in my wardrobe.
